1. Safety Precautions
Before replacing the hose, turn off the machine power and remove the 20V lithium battery to avoid risks of accidentally pinching hands or damaging the motor.
Let the machine sit for 3 minutes, empty the dust bin of dust and water stains, then disassemble and reassemble.
Do not apply force to the corrugated tube position when pulling, only grip the hard connector for disassembly.
2. Steps to Remove Old Hose (Original Locking Structure)
Remove the nozzle end: Pull the nozzle end of the hose directly out of the slot at the air outlet of the machine body.
Unlock the barrel connector: Hold the hose near the dust bin with the hard connector, rotate the connector counterclockwise to the limit position (about 30°), and disengage the catch.
Pull out the entire hose: Align the connector with the gaps in the catch, pull out the old hose straight outwards to complete the disassembly.
3. Installation Steps for New Hose
Align the catch: Align the protruding point of the hose barrel connector with the groove at the dust bin air inlet, and insert vertically into the air base.
Secure and lock: Rotate the connector clockwise to the locked limit position, ensure a tight fit (similar to the original rotating catch structure).
Connect the front end: Insert the other end of the hose nozzle directly into the machine body's main air outlet hole, ensuring a tight fit without gaps.
Installation check: Gently tug both ends of the hose to confirm no looseness or air leaks.
4. Daily Usage Guidelines
1. Dry vacuum cleaner (dust, sawdust, debris)
Install the standard paper filter on the body, install the hose, install the gaps suction head wide brush suction head, and install the 20V lithium battery for startup use.
The hose should be naturally bent for use to avoid dead bends of less than 90 degrees. Bending and blocking air will significantly reduce suction.
2. Wet water absorption (water, mud and water)
Remove the paper dry filter and replace it with the original foam wet filter. Keep the hose smooth and free from extrusion. It is forbidden to inhale flammable and liquids such as gasoline and diluent.
3. Accessory switching
The gaps suction head and wide mouth suction head can be replaced by directly plugging and unplugging the front end of the hose, suitable for cleaning narrow gaps, countertops, and workstations in multiple scenarios.
5、 Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning after each use: Remove the hose, rinse the debris and hair inside the hose with clean water, hang it upside down and dry it in the shade, and strictly prohibit boiling water or exposure to sunlight (PVC material is prone to aging and cracking).
Blockage unblocking: Use a thin stick to gently block the hose blockage material, and prohibit pointed and hard objects from puncturing the pipe wall.
Storage: When the vacuum cleaner is idle, the hose should be naturally coiled and stored without heavy pressure or long-term bending and shaping.
6、 Troubleshooting
Reduced suction force: ① Leakage due to loose joint locking → Re tighten the joint; ② The inner wall of the hose is blocked → remove and wash the hose; ③ Dust accumulation on the filter screen → Clean/replace the filter screen.
Joint detachment: There are debris in the protruding slot → Clean the slot dust and reinstall.
