Appears like new.  Even the rim on the base shows little to no wear.  All the Gold on the edges and rims are in pristine condition.  The surface shows no big or deep cut marks,  Maybe some very fine wear and use, I would consider even normal for new.

Bone china that can be used daily but I do recommend hand washing to protect your decorative piece.
