An absolute Icon of the 60s, 70s and early 80s sporting the AMPOL livery, these are still in use today as service stations. Some have been modernized but many have been converted and now used to host retail or storage outlets.

Features include; all windows, doors etc in negative relief, sloping V Crimp roofs, 2’ wide all-round fascia boards, oil company roof signs in 3D format, positive relief petrol bowser island, positive relief logos for walls and fascia boardss. Glazed see-through front windows with typical advertising from that era are now included in the kit in addition to standard windows.

The two lube bay roller doors are available in 4 different configurations (sign written, plain, half up and all the way up). The distinctive double sided roof signs are perhaps the most endearing feature and full instructions on how to construct them are included in the kit. A host of AMPOL signs and other product signs are included and can be used around the building walls in positive relief. A large double-sided forecourt sign which can be mounted on a pole has been included in the kit.

Windows, doors and other openings are standard in negative relief. Fascias, eaves and Quoins, window surrounds, vents, steps and window sills are in positive or negative relief where applicable.

All models have corrugated iron roofs with either quarry stone, clinker brick, Stucco, iron or weatherboard walls. Detailed plans for loading ramps, access steps etc are included at no charge.
