To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with all fixtures and fittings.
Your item needs to have the eBay receipt or proof of purchase information.
You will also need to put your details including name, address, contact number and details of reasons for return in the box of the returned item.
Please be aware re-handling charges may occur if the above criteria is not adhered to.
Once a product has been fitted, the product has thus been accepted and unless proven to be faulty, no refund will be issued.
