There is some damage to the filter thread (a small dent). But a filter can still be attached - it can screw in to place and stay in place fine although it cannot be screwed/turned all the way to the full amount that it would normally if the thread wasn't damaged. 

There is some discolouring to the grip, some light marks to the body, barrel and grip but these are only cosmetic and do not affect the use of the lens. There might be a couple of really tiny marks to the glass or they may just be marks to the coating, but they have absolutely no affect on photos/optical performance at all. One or two light dust particles inside but not that many and these also have no affect on photos. No fungus or haze.
