The outer box may have minor marks, creases or storage wear caused during transport and handling. This does not affect the unused scooter inside.

Privately owned electric scooters must not be ridden on UK public roads, pavements, cycle lanes, public parks or other public areas.
This scooter is intended only for use on private land with the landowner’s permission.
The buyer is responsible for checking and following all applicable local laws and regulations.
SAFETY INFORMATION

• Check the brakes, tyres and folding mechanism before every ride.
• Use only the charger supplied or approved for this exact model.
• Do not leave the scooter charging unattended.
• Do not charge overnight.
• Do not use a damaged charger, battery, plug or cable.
• Allow the battery to cool before charging after use.
• Keep the scooter and charger away from excessive heat and water.
• Do not modify the motor, battery, controller or speed settings.
• Keep away from children unless supervised by a responsible adult.
DELIVERY
The scooter will be dispatched inside its original protective cardboard box using a tracked large-parcel courier.

This electric scooter includes a limited warranty, subject to the terms, exclusions and assessment process set out below. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Warranty claims process
To make a warranty claim, please contact us through eBay and provide:
Your order details
A clear description of the fault
Clear photographs and/or video showing the problem
All warranty claims must first be assessed and diagnosed. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting checks or provide further evidence so that the cause of the fault can be confirmed.
Replacement parts, repair support or another suitable resolution will only be provided once the claim has been reviewed and approved. Parts will not be issued automatically before diagnosis.
Depending on the fault and the circumstances, the scooter or affected part may need to be returned for inspection. Return postage or delivery costs may be payable by the buyer where appropriate and legally permitted. We will confirm the process and any applicable costs before a return is arranged.
Please keep the original packaging for at least 15 days after delivery, as it may be required for safe return or after-sales support.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
Misuse, neglect, abuse or improper use
Collision, impact or crash damage
Unauthorised repair or dismantling
Modifications or non-genuine replacement parts
Water damage or submersion
Intentional damage or excessive force
Damage caused by events outside reasonable control
Tyre punctures
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic marks, scratches or damage caused through use
Faults reported after the applicable warranty period has expired
Warranty approval is subject to inspection, diagnosis and confirmation that the fault is covered under the relevant warranty period.
