* "Free Wheeling" Recording Sessions! * God Dylan, another version of the early album & Outtakes On his debut album, released in March 1962, Bob Dylan, who had only been active in New York for 10 months and was only 20 years old, let him hear the old-fashioned trad folk vocals like a bluesman who had already matured for decades, but it was only the prelude to Dylan, the "soul that wanders forever".
From their debut album, which ended in a sales failure, to the second album "Free Wheelin", which took about a year to produce.
Producer John Hammond recorded for "Free Wheeling" in April, June, October, and November 1962, and finally completed the album that went down in history in the spring of 1963.
It included songs that could change the world, such as "Blown by the Wind" and "It's Raining Down" that didn't fit into the framework of protest folk.
This one year was probably the period that the god of folk, or rather, the god of American music, gave Dylan.
This is a collection of session recordings that traces the production of such a miraculous album. Since
"Girl from the Northern Country" and "Parent of War" recorded in the final recording in April 1963 were urgently included in the album, "Rocks And Gravel" and "Talking John Birch Paranoid Blues", which were only included in "Free Wheeling" made by the test press, were extremely rare songs. This work also includes all of them. The
time when young Dylan created one song after another and began to blossom his talent.
Except for "Mixed-Up Confusion" and "Corina, Corina", it is basically a tantalizing style, and every take exudes individuality. Please
feel the essence of Dylan.
Japanese commentary on the situation, episodes, songs, etc. at the time is posted on the inner jacket.
