For sale is a Sonnet Sonata Pro 24 NuBus video card for compatible NuBus-based Power Macintosh systems.

This card is a 24-bit NuBus graphics card designed to provide enhanced external video output for vintage Power Macintosh systems. According to Sonnet documentation, the Sonata Pro 24 features 4MB onboard SGRAM/VRAM, a 200MHz RAMDAC, QuickDraw acceleration, QuickTime/MPEG acceleration, and support for high-resolution external displays. The datasheet lists support for resolutions up to 1152x870 in millions of colors and up to 1920x1080 in thousands of colors.  

The card includes both an Apple DB-15 monitor connector and a mini DB-15 VGA connector. Sonnet’s installation documentation notes that the VGA connector supports DDC2 and sync-on-green, while the Apple monitor connector supports Apple monitors, composite sync, and sync-on-green.

Condition is used. The board is visually clean overall with normal age-related wear. The metal bracket and connectors show cosmetic wear from age and handling. Please review all photos carefully for the exact condition and included items.
