The Greco EG-420B has arrived!
This is a Japan-made instrument produced between 1971 and 1974, representing an early and highly regarded period of Greco’s history. A true Japan Vintage piece, it stands out with a distinctive presence and character.
It features a laminated hollow-body construction that provides strong acoustic resonance and a lively response. The guitar is also equipped with a high-quality ebony fingerboard, enhancing both feel and tonal clarity.
Hardware includes vintage-style “star” tuners and a Maxon Jazz/Rock-style humbucker pickup.
All electronics, including controls and output jack, are original and function quietly with no noise or scratchiness. The instrument shows overall signs of use, contributing to its authentic vintage aesthetic.
The truss rod has been adjusted and is currently near straight, with ample remaining range in both directions for future adjustments.
