Rating Scale for Pre-Owned Pieces
EXCELLENT = Very lightly used--close to new--sold as pre-owned
GREAT = Normal wear for age---no chips or cracks, crazing
GOOD = Shows signs of use-- marking from knives and use---no chips or cracks or crazing
FAIR = Has imperfections but functionality is not compromised
CRAFT = silver worn off in places--dings and dents or bent
REFURBISHED = I personally refurbish each piece by hand and return to excellent condition
ANTIQUE / VINTAGE / PORCELAIN = Crazing may appear in shipping. This is due to age. Silverplate may have wear commensurate with age
