Returns, Faulty Items & Refunds
Returns are accepted up to 14 days of receipt of item.
Parts that are returned will incur a 20% Restocking fee. No postage will be refunded and any delivery charges will be deducted.
In a situation that a part we have supplied was correct however the customer has made an error, No refunds will be made.
If an event a part we have sent is faulty, a replacement part will be sent AFTER the original item has been received and checked by ourselves.
If in some cases a replacement part is not available, a refund will be issued however we DO NOT refund postage.
Any parts we have will be stated clearly what components come with it.
