This is a preowned vintage tool. It is in preowned condition. It is being sold as is.

It has wear in the form of hairline scratches, missing, paint, gunk build up, and some marks. It doesn’t have any major wear that would prevent it from functioning properly! With that being said this tool has not been actually tested.

The jaws look good and sharp. It opens and closes with the knob at the top inside the wheel. Everything moves as it should. The layer of cushion on the portion that that holds the case is very worn and coming off.

The knob on the side locks the whole assembly in place. The knobs on top of the case jaws tighten and loosen without issues.
