The reel was in a box that was parked "Toy Story Sneak Preview" as well as the location of the theater (Sherman Oaks). What was unique is the first movie on the reel was from Meet The Flintstones. I unfortunately do not have a player to test and watch the whole reel. I didn't want to complete unroll the reel, plus I might die of old age by the time I finished. So I cannot confirm there is a Toy Story sneak preview, but it definitely is a large reel that doesn't match just being one film.

This was acquired in a storage locker auction of a man that was a manager at multiple movie theaters during his career. He was also worked in film restoration. He had a huge mix of trailers from his time working. This was in the lot. I have never tested it on an movie player, I don't have the gear. It looks good overall, but will have wear from being rolled up for many years in storage.
