Most are new/ packaged but not all. A lot of the kinds have 2-4 of the same pin. Assorted lot of 75+ pins. May be a couple included that aren’t Shriners but I couldn’t tell for sure so I included them just in case. Some pretty unique ones included. Shrine circus pin looks like it once lit up but is currently not working.
