Up for sale is an Atmel JTAGICE mkII programmer / debugger unit. This unit has a white ribbon cable that comes out of the main unit, and is attached to a small board with connectors on it (possible part number for this small board is STD-1).
We connected this via USB to a Windows 7 PC with Atmel Studio 7 installed, and the software was able to recognize the device. When we plug the unit in, the middle LED lights up red and the LED closest to the Amtel logo lights up orange for a moment, then switches to red. The remaining LED flashes green for a split second then remains off, and there is a green light inside the unit near the USB port that turns on. We have not tested the unit further as we do not have any compatible equipment to connect to program/debug with this unit. We did notice that the white ribbon cable may be slightly damaged where it exits the JTAGICE mkII unit (see picture #8). Because the unit has not been tested fully and because of the possible damaged cable, we are listing this unit "For parts or not working" and it is being sold as-is with no returns accepted.
The unit does show some signs of use and wear such as scratches and scuff marks and dirt/dust.
Includes the JTAGICE mkII unit, small STD-1 board, and a USB A-to-B cable only - no other items are included. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will receive.
