Excellent pre-owned condition.  Disc was cleaned, tested, and works.  Was able to install game and play.  Manual shows light wear on cover but looks otherwise unread.  Map and inserts are in very good condition.  Slight disc rot but works just fine.  Great collectible and box is in great shape and has inner cardboard as well.  See photos of actual item for sale, condition, and what's included in this auction.
