Excellent condition with Certificate of Guarantee in original packaging!  Some writing on bottom that says, "Certificate of Authenticity inside".  2 Hall of Fame Green Bay Packer football players have autographed this Riddell Mini Helmet.  Great collectible!  Bart Starr signs his with "Best Wishes, Bart Starr Super Bowl MVP I, II HOF '77".  Willie Davis signs his "Willie Davis HOF 81    87".
