For returns you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the order and only with our prior authorization. The purchased goods must be sent directly to our Boutique.

Once we have received the return and checked that the goods are in the same condition in which they were sent (undamaged and unused).

If you wish to return an item because you believe it is damaged, please contact us and include as much information as possible. We will respond to you asking for any additional information you need, which may include, for example, photos of the product and packaging. Please do not send anything before telling us, this will allow us to find the best solution to your problem.

We recommend that you ship the items using an express courier, the postal service can take up to 60 days to arrive at the destination. In this case, we will not be able to provide an immediate refund.

To return the item, please attach all documents provided to you. Do not modify any documents for any reason without our authorization, this operation may incur costs which we will deduct from your refund.
