Cancelled Iloilo, June 8, 1910, during the early American colonial administration period. Franked with two 6-centavo and one 4-centavo Philippine Islands stamps tied by parallel bar cancels. Printed "Official Mail" designation with purple "Office of Senior Inspector, Cebu" return handstamp. Inter-island routing from Cebu to Iloilo, Visayas District. Please note this is the front panel only — the reverse of the envelope has been removed. A scarce early Philippines Constabulary official mail item despite its incomplete state. Some age toning and edge wear consistent with its 1910 date.
