  • Economy Shipping:  Royal Mail 2nd Class(Estimated delivery 2 to 3 working days) OR Other courier (Estimated delivery 3 to 5 working days). 

  • Standard Shipping: Royal Mail 1st Class (Estimated delivery 1 to 2 working days).

  • Expedited Shipping: Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00 pm (1 working day)

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination (Contact us) 

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as peak shipping periods. 

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you. 

4. Address Accuracy: 

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
