POLICY

1. COMBINED SHIPPING

Combined shipping is possible for every listing. You only have to pay for one shipment when ordering multiple items. You can ask me for a refund of the overpaid shipping costs or to send a new correct invoice.

2. SHIPPING

I ship all my order once per week on Wednesday.
Shipping costs are shown in the ad.
Shipping to Europe, especially Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, will probably be sent to a parcel point.

3. HANDLING TIME

I ship all my order once per week on Wednesday. Handling time can take up to 5 working days.
Delivery can take up to 30 days. Ebay is not always correct on their calculations.
Far away countries can take a longer time, but usually not longer than 30 days. (Other continents)

4. WARRANTY

you have a 2 year waranty on new items bought in my store.
you have a 1 month waranty on second hand items bought in my store.

5. RETURNS AND REFUND

1. in case the item is not as described or damaged. (Within 14 days of delivery)
the item(s) can be returned free of charge, you will be completely refunded.

2. in case you don t like the item, it is not what you hoped, it does not fit. (Within 14 days of delivery)
the item(s) can be returned on your expense, after i receive the item you Il get a refund on your purchase.
