An attractive 60s Hamilton Thinline 4005 model with a fancy florentine, textured bezel. This is a Swiss made model. Case measures 34 mm across, 36 mm lug to lug and a slim 5 mm deep. Its not called the Thinline for nothing!

The champagne dial is signed 'Hamilton'  and marked with the 'H' logo of the period. The dial is also marked 'Thinline' and 'Swiss'. Long slender baton indices in gold catch the light. Sub dial at 6. Case, dial, crystal and gold hands all in very good condition for their age. The crown appears to be a Longines so is a replacement and not original - it is in very good condition and works fine. The back of the case is signed and marked '10K Gold Filled'.
The case looks to be a monobloc to me where the mechanism is accessed through the crystal which is beyond my modest skills so I cannot provide a photo of the movement. However, the movement in these models is a 687 Swiss movement with 17 jewels. I can tell you that the mechanism sets, winds smoothly, runs and keeps good time. Comes with a good quality brown leather strap which matches the watch well and has some wear left in it.
This is a nice example of a Hamilton Thinline 4005 model with a fancy textured bezel. You won't find many of these on eBay in this very good condition.

I am happy to combine postage costs. I look to post within 3 days of payment.
I have been collecting for over 30 years and all the watches I sell are from my personal collection. Watches are a hobby for me and not a business. I have a full time job and family commitments so if you need something super urgent, I may not be your man.
