How to handle the return?
1: Contact the seller first
2: Send pictures: outer packaging, scanned labels, the item itself and complete accessories, etc.
3: Receive a return label 
4: Item delivery - Payment reimbursement 
(Returns or exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the original purchase, as well as the return shipping fee and the exchange shipping fee. Exchanges due to shipping errors will not be charged a restocking or shipping fee.)

Return Priority: No Returns or Exchanges
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in the following cases 
1: Ordering error
2: Found a better price 
3: Change of mind

3) Tracking numbers for all orders are added to eBay once they have been dispatched; please log in to eBay to find the tracking information for your order.
