Mint, never used. The box is not sealed and one card pack is not sealed, but everything else is in 100% brand new condition. 

The tokens are all still in their cardboard. The unsealed card pack and tiles were counted down and checked against the rulebook count. 100% complete. Outer box is also mint and slides down snugly like new.
