Antique George V period heavy English silver plated pedestal fruit / cake basket with stunning twisted-bead swing handle.

Dates exactly to 1913.

Condition: A little subtle pale golden base metal bleed to the silver plate, mainly to the raised edges of the gadrooned bowl. No dings, dents, bends, spotting or pitting. Light scratches. It stands firmly balanced and all aspects are sound and secure. Handle stays firmly upright and folds down with ease. It has been cleaned and hand polished and is ready to use.
