Stunning solid wooden stand

The main stem is taken from an antique French wine press

This one also includes the original turning block as the base which is beautifully time worn.

The top has a slight warp but still perfectly usable as you see.

Signs of old worm which has been treated by my furniture restorer who has also freshened up the finish.

Historic splits, as these often have but still structurally sound.
