💳 Payment & 🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on weekends will be confirmed the following Monday.

Payment: Payment is expected within 5 days. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid order. We accept PayPal, which securely processes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We only ship to your confirmed PayPal address.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping: We ship within the 48 continental U.S. states. We do not ship to U.S. territories such as Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Items valued at $250 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

🛠️ Warranty & 🔁 Returns

Standard Warranty: Unless stated otherwise, all items come with a 30-day warranty. Some may carry an extended manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience technical issues, please contact us via the eBay message center.

Returns: If a return is necessary, we’ll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Full refunds are processed only after inspection and verification. Please do not return items with missing or broken parts. All items are tagged and recorded for fraud prevention.

No Partial Refunds: We do not issue partial refunds under any circumstances. Your understanding is appreciated.

🛑 Bid Cancellations & Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel bids or orders from buyers with negative or suspicious feedback. If you have such feedback but wish to place a bid, please message us first for approval.

Listing an item does not constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

We list our products on multiple platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, our website, and our local store. Sometimes an item may sell there first, and we’ll need to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Just a quick FYI.
