Hard-to-find matched pair of Pyrex 700 Green Band handled dishes from Corning’s institutional line, never sold at retail and highly sought after by collectors of mid-century hospital and cafeteria ware. Each 10 oz pixie/au gratin dish is made of durable opal milk glass with integrated side handles and the classic green rim, measuring approximately 7 in length x 4 in width x 1.5 in depth. Made in the United States, circa 1950s–1970s, and marked “PYREX Tableware by Corning Made in USA” with mold mark 19. This listing includes two dishes sold together: one near‑mint example and one in excellent vintage condition with a very minor scuff to the green band (see photo).
