- Single DVD's sold for less than $20 are sent uninsured and untracked unless requested otherwise.
- DVD's sold for $20 or more are sent insured and tracked using parcel postage rates. This includes box sets, multiple DVD's and other bulky items.
- International postage includes tracking number with insurance. Please check region code to determine whether or not the DVD will play in your country. Region code "0" will play worldwide.
- Happy to combine both international and domestic postage on multiple items.
- International customers are responsible for their own countries import duties, fees and taxes.
The standard postage option (Untracked Letter) for DVD's sold for less than $20 consists of a bubble wrap padded postage bag without insurance or tracking.
Please note : If untracked letter method of postage is chosen we are not responsible for DVD's lost or damaged in the mail.
If insurance and tracking is required please choose the parcel postage option when paying for the DVD.
We are also happy to combine postage on multiple purchases.
