Includes everything pictured! It appears to be complete, but because I'm not familiar enough with this playset, please look at the pictures to determine that.

The pieces have minimal play-wear.

Please note one of the walls of the hotel is supposed to open and close… it opens fine but it wouldn’t close all the way… I believe it closes with a little pressure but I didn’t want to try for fear of breaking it. See picture #6.

Some of the dolls come from other sets. I believe only one belongs to the original set. The dolls show some playwear.

Includes original box with instructions. Box has some damage / wear
