The price for
this auction is your Final Price!
This is how it
works:
1. Simply order
a set of plans and present them to your Contractor or Builder for their use.
2. If you wish
to make changes or revisions to your drawings, we can do this for a flat hourly
rate of $30.00 an hour, plus any additional costs incurred for printing,
shipping and handling.
3. Once we make
your revisions and payment is received, we will send you your revised plans ready
for construction!
These plans are designed
to meet or exceed national building codes used within the United States.
However, since each state, county and even township within the United States may
have their own building codes and regulations, these plans may need to be
modified in order to comply with local codes. Some jurisdictions may require
you to obtain a licensed architect or engineer in your local area to review
these drawings and certify them, prior to construction.
