Seems unused. Very clean and tail tag is still attached but paper tag is missing from it. Speaks clearly numerous phrases with batteries installed. A film of the toy speaking while I press the top of his watch is attached. The toy will not be shipped with batteries. The buyer will have to supply their own batteries.
