Handling Time

Brand-new items are usually shipped within 1 business day to a maximum of 5 business days after payment.
[Pre-owned items]
Pre-owned items require additional inspection time, so they are usually shipped within 3 business days to a maximum of 10 business days after payment.
We will send you a message with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take 12 to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Depending on the delivery method, destination country, customs processing, and local postal service, there may be delays during pickup, shipping, customs clearance, or transit.
Please understand the possibility of such delays before making your purchase.
In the unlikely event of a delay, please rest assured that we will take responsibility to investigate your shipment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
For orders where more than 1 business day has passed after purchase, the item may already have been inspected, packed, handed over for shipment, or may already be moving between shipping facilities.
In that case, we may not be able to accept the cancellation.
If the order can no longer be cancelled, please refuse delivery when the package arrives.

Packing
To keep our prices fair and affordable, we balance protective packing with cost efficiency.
For standard shipping, we usually use sturdy plastic mailers to help keep shipping costs low.
Fragile items are bubble-wrapped for protection.
During long international shipping, outer boxes for plastic model kits or figures may get slightly dented, and paper tags on plush toys may get bent.
If you are concerned about the condition of the outer box or paper tag, please ask us for the cardboard box shipping option before shipment.
Cardboard box packing is available for US $4 as an optional upgrade.
About Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For customers in the United States
For orders under US$2,000, we ship by DDP only.
Import duties and taxes are included at checkout, so normally no additional customs payment will be required upon delivery.
If anything looks unusual, please contact us before paying or declining any request.
For customers outside the United States
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or basic shipping cost.
These charges are decided by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.
