If the AirPods don't pair immediately, it doesn't mean they aren't genuine. These are 100% authentic Apple AirPods. Pairing a new earpiece can take some time, so please follow the steps below:

1. First, forget the device in your Bluetooth settings.

2. Make sure the new replacement earbud sits in the charging case with the other earbud for 10 to 60 minutes so they can recognize each other.

3. Ensure the earbuds have some charge, then press and hold the button on the back of the case until the orange light turns white.

Condition: All our items are in a used / preowned condition, unless stated otherwise and may have marks or scratches not visible in the photos. All items have been cleaned as thoroughly as possible, but due to a large stock number, a full clean is not achievable. Please bear this in mind this when purchasing.
