I ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days. I do not answer emails on weekends or holidays.

All items are shipped insured, if any item arrives damaged please contact me immediately and keep all packing materials as the shipping company may want to inspect the package.
