Superb mid-century British agricultural advertising / educational wall chart produced by Plant Protection Ltd, London and dated February 1954.

Features beautifully illustrated weeds and plants including ribwort plantain, curled dock, shepherd’s purse, cleavers, creeping buttercup, ragwort and red poppy surrounding bold period typography.

A fantastic example of 1950s botanical graphic design with strong decorative appeal. Ideal for framing and display in a country house, garden room, study, café or commercial interior.

Measures approximately 84cm x 60cm.

Condition is very good for age with only light handling wear, minor edge wear and gentle signs of age as shown in the photographs. Colours remain bright and vibrant.
