The American Electric, and especially the Keystone Philadelphia candlestick, are highly collectible.  These pre-1940 era phones often have brittle and broken original Bakelite base gaskets. I had a badly smashed original, so I created a CAD file to reproduce the original gasket with PETG plastic on a 3D printer. PETG plastic is virtually indestructible and with some fine sanding I'm able to eliminate banding and capture a look similar to the original polished Bakelite.  You can do additional sanding to produce an older looking matte finish if desired.  I've included a picture of the original Bakelite on top of the new gasket. This reproduction piece fits snuggly in place and will allow you to once again showcase the craftsmanship and design of the time period.

Custom printing in brown and other PETG colors is available for an additional fee.  Please allow additional time.

The Keystone candlestick is shown only for demonstration and is not included.
