Auction Policy

I want to make sure you are completely satisfied, and I strive to keep a 100% 5 star satisfaction rating, so…..

·       Please review the pictures, as they are part of the description.  I try to take the best I can, with the best lighting possible.

·       If you need additional pictures, email me at least 3 days before the auction ends.

·       Please ask any questions before bidding.

·       After your purchase and receipt of item, please contact me if there is ANY problem so that we can reach a resolution to our mutual satisfaction!!!

 

All items are maintained in an odor-free / smoke free / temperature-controlled environment.  Having said that, many of my items are obtained from other sources, so I cannot promise there is no residual.

Payment

If it is Buy it Now, I require immediate payment. If it is auction, please make your payment within 24 hours after auction has ended. On the 3rd day, if payment has not been made and I have not received any email communication from the buyer, I reserve the right to file unpaid claim, re-list the item and/or offer to another buyer.

Shipping

I will ship Economy unless otherwise stated or requested.  

If you need Expedited, notify me BEFORE paying for item for shipping quote.

Items will ship out within 5 business days of cleared payment (when Ebay notifies me that your payment method has cleared).

I will gladly combine shipping on items purchased within 7 days, so please notify me if you are going to bid on any of my other auctions.  Then, let me know when you are done so that I can adjust the invoice.

No international shipping

RETURNS

 All sales are final, unless item is not as described.  I try my best to reveal any issues in my description.

 If buyer changes their mind, Buyer pays return shipping fee.
