This is as pictured due to being from an estate and is considered USED, Returns allowed only if not as pictured and described and shipping is NOT refunded. I DO NOT ship out of country [U.S.A.] except by ebay shipping. Also once the post office or other shipping service has the item I have no control over what they do with it.

Please note that I am charged a 14.5% fee on shipping charges in addition to the 14.5% aprox. charged for the item by this company (auction) and its subsidiaries, I make an attempt to keep costs down but these increases are passed along as I am not a charitable organization or government. Also shipping costs are not just for the postage but for packing, packing material, transport to Post Office etc. So please take this into consideration before giving less than positive feedback as that costs me also.
