Michael's first solo tour, "BAD WORLD TOUR," started in Japan! The September 27, 1987 Yokohama Stadium performance is fully recorded in super high-quality soundboard format! Michael's visit to Japan lasted 41 days, from September 9th to October 19th, and every place he went and every shop he visited became a hot topic. Huge crowds gathered wherever Michael went, and he was truly called the "Michael Typhoon." From a live review at the time: The applause continued. After a short pause, it was finally time for the encore. The word "Thriller" suddenly appeared on three video projectors, and the crowd erupted in cheers again. It was "Thriller." The lighting was also somewhat spooky, perfectly suited to "Thriller." Furthermore, during the instrumental break of the song, the dancers appeared dressed as ghosts. They performed the now-familiar "Thriller Dance," and were met with thunderous applause. Then, with "Can't Stop Loving You" and "BAD" from the album "BAD," this nearly 100-minute, monumental entertainment show comes to a close. And everyone is left speechless after seeing this show—you absolutely must hear this live performance that perfectly captures the energy of that era!
