THIS GOWN IS ESTATE FRESH AND SOLD AS IT WAS ACQUIRED, HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED.
FASHIONED OF A SNOW WHITE VELVET AND IS FULLY LINED IN WHTIE TAFFETA WITH BILLOWS OF TULLE ON EACH SIDE HIP.

THE BODICE IS TRIMMED IN A LARGE APPLIQUE OF LACE THAT BEGINS AT THE SHOULDERS AND TAPERS DOWN TO A POINT IN THE FRONT WITH MATCHING LACE ON EACH SIDE HIP ROUNDING TO THE REAR BUTTON CLOSURE
THE LACE IS ADORNED WITH SMALL PEARL BEADS, OVAL PEARL BEADS, AND SHIMMERING SEQUINS
SELF COVERED BUTTONS AND CORD LOOPS TRIM DOWN THE REAR SPINE AND ON THE END OF EACH OF THE ANGLED BOTTOM CUFFS
LARGE FULLNESS AT THE SIDES WITH A FLOWING TRAIN. INNER SKIRT HAS A LOOP FOR CARRYING THE LENGTH.
CONDITION: THE DRESS IS REMARKABLY CLEAN WITH LIGHT SOILING SEEN ALONG THE SIDE HEM AND REAR TRAIN EDGES. MOST LIKELY STAINED FROM ESTATE STORAGE.
I PERSONALLY WOULD REMOVE ALL OF THE BUTTONS AND REPLACE ALL OF THEM WITH CRYSTAL GLASS BUTTONS AS THE BUTTONS HAVE HEAVILY YELLOWED AND THE BACKS ARE STARTING TO HAVE WEAKNESS.
