The glass is in good vintage condition. There is some definite wear to the sprayer bag, and it is delicate and a bit torn and discolored at the top, where the bag attaches. Not usable - for decor only.  Deeply discounted for flaws, although not uncommon for its age.  A beautiful little vintage find! Likely hand-painted. Likely circa 1950's. Purchased from an estate.
