This Nikon D100 is being sold strictly for parts as a donor unit for anyone needing original components that are no longer manufactured.
The camera has a shutter issue where the speed seems to remain constant despite changing values on the top display, and the back LCD screen is non-functional, seemingly due to a broken FPC/FFC flat cable connector on the internal board. These specific faults were identified during testing with a separate, known good battery which is not the one included in this sale. The included battery is dead and does not seem to work. The camera body shows signs of age with the rubber grips becoming somewhat sticky, which is a very common trait for this semi-professional Nikon series.
Despite these issues, the unit remains a useful source for internal hardware, dials, buttons, and the sought-after CCD sensor. Please refer to the photos for the exact cosmetic condition and note that this item is sold strictly as-is at the buyer's own risk with no returns accepted.
