Here we are offering what we believe is an investment quality book. Bob Kane, who created BATMAN,  who in several interviews said he read a mystery book by Mary Roberts Rinehart and Avery Hopwood called "The Bat," that inspired his creation BATMAN! We are offering that book, complete with its original dust jacket and mylar cover, along with a 4x6 inch black and white photo of Bob Kane showing the famous Batman logo. This is also a first edition book! He signed inspiring! Bob Kane. Likely a one of a kind book for the avid Bob Kane / Batman collector. The book is in overall good / very good condition considering it is a 100 years old! There is some writing on one other page since this was a gift given to someone in 1930!
