Every order includes a digital proof before printing. Production begins only after your written approval — no surprises.
If we make an error in printing that differs from your approved proof, we will reprint or refund at no cost.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless there is a verified print defect on our part. Please review your proof carefully.

A color variance of up to ±5% is considered within industry-standard tolerance and does not constitute a product defect. For color-critical applications, buyers are encouraged to request a physical sample prior to placing a full production order.
