     Map is framed in a repurposed 9 1/2" x 11 1/2" golden oak color wood/glass frame for wall mount.  Map is approximately 4 3/8" x 6 5/8". Map is 122 years old; map is in very good condition, page has foxing, browning of the pages, and has a GREAT ANTIQUE LOOK. 

     Carefully review (zoom in) ALL posted pictures, for any imperfections (stains, minor tear, pin holes, rough binding edges, crooked printing, creases, wrinkles, etc.) on the map, or scratches and nicks on the frame.
