• Buyers Independent Inspection: Don Brown Bus Sales has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Don Brown Bus Sales welcomes a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Independent inspection fees, if any are the Buyer’s responsibility. 
• Motor Vehicle Inspection & Repair Costs: If the buyer would like a New York State inspection performed on a vehicle they purchase, the inspection fee and any repairs are the buyer's responsibility.
• Vehicle Registration (Within New York State): If a buyer wishes to have Don Brown Bus Sales register a vehicle on their behalf, any registration fees will be the buyer's responsibility.
• Taxes: All sales in which a vehicle is titled to an address within New York State will be subject to New York State Sales Tax. Buyers outside of New York State will pay Sales Tax when they register the vehicle at the DMV within their state.
• Representations and Warranties made by Seller: This vehicle is being sold “as is”. Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply. No representations or warranties are made by the Seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by Bidders in making bids.
• Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashiers or personal checks we will hold titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
• Shipping & Delivery:All shipping charges are the Buyer’s responsibility. Don Brown Bus Sales will help with shipping arrangements, but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.
• Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our property. Any shipping arrangements are provided by Don Brown Bus Sales as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles is between the Buyer and the Shipping Carrier of the Buyer’s choice, not with Don Brown Bus Sales.
• The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the Shipping Carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility, until it is delivered to the Buyer’s destination. Verify with the Shipping Carrier for an estimated time of arrival to be sure. 
• Finalizing Your Purchase:Don Brown Bus Sales will contact the successful High Bidder by email after the auction closes.
• Successful High Bidder MUST communicate with Rickie at Don Brown Bus Sales by email or phone at 518-519-7570 ebay@buscrazy.net within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction and confirm their intention to buy. If the sale is not completed within 5 business days, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle in question or sell to any other qualified buyer.
• In order to secure bid on a vehicle, the successful High Bidder (Buyer) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Don Brown Bus Sales, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds due by cash in person or bank certified funds to Don Brown Bus Sales.
• At the time of sending initial deposit, Buyer must email or fax a copy of their State-issued valid Driver’s License to Rickie at Don Brown Bus Sales at ebay@buscrazy.net Fax: 518-762-5448.
• Before vehicle in question is released for shipment or pick-up to the Buyer, all other sale related and title related paperwork must be completed, signed and returned to Don Brown Bus Sales.

A $75.00 Don Brown Bus Sales Documentation Fee will be added to every sale. Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
