Powers on and can toggle through menu like it should. Some options ask for password. I do not know the password nor can get it. Unsure if these can be reset or what needs to be done to clear the password. Cosmetically good shape however missing a couple of the rubber feet on the bottom of unit. Sold AS IS due to password. Power supply not included. I used an universal unit to test. Please see all pics
