- Please check the tiles or wall are smooth and free of any holes. Suction won't work on wood surface, unfinished MARBLE, GRANITE, porcelain, wallpaper, natural stones (such as Travertines), painted wall & any surface that is bumpy. Any pores will affect the formation of vacuum, so that the suction cup cannot be adsorbed on it.
- Please completely fit the black suction cup to the wall, and then squeeze the air by hand before installing.
- Do not place the soap immediately after installation, wait 2-3 hours to tighten the knob again then you can put the soap in.
If the item still keeps falling, please take off the suction and check if any damaged on the surface, free suction cups can be sent in one year.
