The original OEM "rollers" dont actually roll at all   creating a flat spot, that flat spot increase the rattle issues with the window.

I made a better mouse trap.

To install, remove the old "rollers" (make sure that the window pins are screwed all the way in) Tap the new ones in ( is a tight fit) and slide the window back (make sure that the door window track is no bent).  And that is it. no more rattle !
